What are our products made of?
At Juice Box Jungle, our products are crafted with sustainability and quality in mind. We repurpose recycled comforters made from a microfiber blend and cotton, filled with down alternative stuffing, including cotton, rayon, and polyester. For our unique patchwork designs, we use a variety of materials such as cotton blends, microfiber, denim, and polyester, ensuring each piece is both durable and distinctive. Our commitment to using recycled and diverse materials reflects our dedication to eco-friendly practices and creating exceptional products for our customers.
How are the recycled textiles cleaned?
Every fabric is put to the test by being double washed in a warm water cycle with baking soda and unscented hypoallergenic laundry detergent.
Are our products machine washable?
All products are machine washable using the cold water cycle.
What is your shipping policy?
Juice Box Jungles ships using USPS or UPS. All items ship within 2-3 days of purchase unless otherwise noted. If you require a rush order, international shipping, or shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or US Territories, please contact us atjuiceboxjunglepdx@gmail.comfor a shipping quote.
What is your return policy?
Returns of full-priced items are accepted within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Sale items are final sale. Please email juiceboxjunglepdx@gmail.com to have your return approved. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return shipment must be postmarked within 7 days of approval and include tracking service. Your item(s) must be returned to Juice Box Jungle in their original packaging and in unused condition. Please pack items properly and insure for the original retail value. Items damaged during return shipping are not refundable. Lost packages are not the responsibility of Juice Box Jungle. Shipping costs, including return shipping, are non-refundable and are the responsibility of the customer, unless item is determined to be damaged. Items that do not show factory made perfection in form and finish do not qualify as defective as these are handmade items. Variations that show the handmade nature are to be expected.
Once your return is received and inspected, Juice Box Jungle will send an email confirmation of your refund. A credit will then be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.
What do I do if my product arrives damaged?
If any items from your order arrive damaged, please contact Juice Box Jungle immediately with detailed photos and a damage report. All damages must be reported within 48 hours upon delivery.
